The LMS Administrator/Training Coordinator will support the Training & Talent Development function within our fast-growing rare disease pharmaceutical company. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of learning programs for our field-based teams—including Sales, Market Access, Field Reimbursement, and other customer-facing roles. The Training Coordinator will manage training logistics, support content updates, oversee LMS administration, coordinate with cross‑functional partners, and help maintain an audit-ready training ecosystem.
