About The Position

August Schell is seeking a mid-level Training Coordinator to support mission assurance initiatives through process improvement, workflow automation, SharePoint governance, stakeholder coordination, training program management, and project execution. The position serves as the central coordination point for enterprise initiatives involving operational process enhancements, documentation management, training activities, and executive reporting. This role works across multiple functional areas to improve operational efficiency, maintain program documentation, support training initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of program objectives.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance
  • 2+ years of experience working with SharePoint
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must possess a Valid DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT-II certification (Security+, CCNA, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience supporting project coordination, documentation management, or operational improvement initiatives.
  • Experience administering SharePoint environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience creating executive briefings and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage training activities supporting Mission Partner Training Programs.
  • Schedule training sessions and coordinate logistics with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide operational support during delivery.
  • Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and post-session documentation.
  • Manage and maintain training materials, computer-based training modules, and reference libraries.
  • Support development and maintenance of training program documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Administer and maintain NIPR/SIPR SharePoint environments and associated repositories.
  • Manage site structure, navigation, permissions, and content organization.
  • Update organizational documentation, charts, process content, and training materials.
  • Ensure information remains current and accessible to authorized users.
  • Support governance activities related to content lifecycle management.
  • Analyze current operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements for operational processes.
  • Support development and maintenance of automation requirements documentation.
  • Participate in recurring process improvement and working group meetings.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and action items using Government-approved tracking tools.
  • Identify integration opportunities across tools, systems, and operational processes.
  • Assist with issue resolution and process optimization efforts.
  • Develop and maintain meeting minutes, requirements documentation, SOPs, reports, and other program deliverables.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and In-Progress Review (IPR) briefings bi-annually.
  • Track action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Produce recurring reports supporting management visibility and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple mission areas.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations.
  • Support collaboration between operational teams and leadership.
