Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Experience in similar administrative/office position 2-3 years required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
  • Office and Administrative Support

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs that meet organizational goals and address specific training needs.
  • Work with managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and training manuals.
  • Deliver training sessions to employees, either in-person or through virtual training platforms.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to managers and employees.
  • Develop and implement training evaluation tools to measure the impact of training programs on employee performance.
  • Collaborate with other training coordinators and HR professionals to ensure consistency in training programs across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance records and feedback from participants.
  • Communicate training program schedules and updates to employees and managers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
