About The Position

Coordinates the planning, scheduling, delivery, and tracking of employee training programs to ensure team members have the knowledge and skills needed to perform their roles effectively. Works with managers, subject matter experts, and employees to organize training sessions, maintain learning records, support onboarding and compliance requirements, and evaluate program effectiveness. Helps ensure training materials, systems, and processes are accurate, timely, and aligned with business and regulatory needs. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Performs on-the-job training, skills training, and some classroom training in assembly and production areas. Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas. Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may monitor trainees.

Requirements

  • Requires basic knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain operational procedures, systems, and tools gained through experience and/or relevant training, education, or certifications.
  • Requires 1+ years of related experience, which may include a combination of practical experience and applicable training, education, or certification.
  • No minimum education requirement.
  • U.S. work authorization is required for roles below the Principal level.
