About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring a Training Content Developer in Edison, NJ. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site at the Edison office and 2 days working from home. The role involves conducting needs analyses to identify performance gaps and client requirements, applying adult learning strategies, and creating various training materials such as eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and performance support tools. The developer will partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex content into clear learning experiences.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing training for adult learners.
• Skills with common eLearning authoring tools, visual design tools and LMS platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously.

• Experience with scenario-based and authentic learning.
• Strong to great listener and collaborative problem-solver.
