About The Position

Within the Training function, you will act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders in Customer Service teams. As a Training Architect, you will lead the design of scalable learning ecosystems that drive performance, capability building, and business impact. Your expertise will include instructional design, learning technologies and content architecture across multiple formats (digital, instructor-led, and blended learning). This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, based in Longueuil and performed on-site, reporting to the Training Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Performance, or related field
  • Proven experience in instructional design, learning architecture, L&D strategy or Media Creation
  • Expert knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
  • Experience designing enterprise-level learning programs and scalable solutions
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Workday)
  • Experience researching content, from technical, soft skill, and business documentation, engineering personnel, or other technical subject matter experts
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure learning impact
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Autonomous, structured, and detail-oriented approach
  • Strong proficiency in both English and French languages to understand documentation, communicate with stakeholders, and support global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end learning solutions aligned to business goals and performance outcomes
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and define learning strategies
  • Design scalable curricula, learning journeys, and certification pathways
  • Translate complex technical or operational concepts into structured, engaging learning experiences
  • Establish standards for instructional design, content development, and learner experience
  • Oversee development of learning assets (eLearning, microlearning, job aids)
  • Collaborate with SMEs to validate content accuracy and relevance
  • Implement and optimize learning technologies (LMS)
  • Define measurement frameworks to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI
  • Continuously improve learning programs using data, feedback, and performance insights
