Air Force Training and Development Specialist Maxwell AFB (PRIME)
About The Position
The Training and Development Specialist updates or supports updates to course materials across platforms and modalities, compiles end-of-course data, and drafts reports as needed. The specialist enters and edits information in platforms used by CFD as directed by the Government lead. Contract personnel must maintain operational proficiency in the learning management systems, collaboration software, authoring tools, and authorized government platforms applicable to their roles. If the Government adopts or mandates additional systems during the period of performance, it will provide initial access and orientation or training; contractor personnel must then maintain proficiency as directed.
Requirements
- Operational proficiency with applicable learning management systems, including Air Force e-Learning and potentially Blackboard or Moodle.
- Operational proficiency with virtual classroom and collaboration software, including Microsoft Teams and potentially Zoom.
- Experience using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Operational proficiency with authorized, IL-compliant DoD secure AI capabilities accessed via GenAI.mil, such as secure Enterprise environments.
- Qualifications must be clearly documented and verifiable in the resume or specifically addressed in writing by the company.
