Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Six months to two years of similar or related experience with delivering exceptional service while exhibiting empathy, patience and excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Outlook software (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Professional appearance and manner, as well as punctuality
Must be able to travel up to five consecutive days and four nights out of town
Must be able to lift 10 pounds

Responsibilities

Conducts training with incoming new staff in live, classroom and/or video environments
Tracks the progress of trainees through routine tests, observations and feedback
Evaluates the effectiveness of current training
Continually works with supervisors to identify reinforcement training needs
Trains existing staff on on-going system enhancements and related policy/procedural changes
Maintain accurate and up-to date training manuals
Develops a variety of learning and performance support solutions
Participates in the delivery of operations change management meetings
Works closely with staff to ensure systems are utilized consistently across organization
Partners with subject matter experts to develop/maintain training curriculum and requirements
Facilitates needs assessments to diagnose training and development needs of existing staff
Completes periodic training pertaining to updates in policies and procedures
