The Training and Development Intern supports the design, administration, continuous improvement, and user adoption of Breg's learning and development programs. This role partners with the HR Leadership team and business leaders to administer the Learning Management System (LMS), streamline training assignment processes, support leadership development initiatives, develop employee self-service learning resources, and enhance the overall employee learning experience. The intern will also evaluate existing training workflows, identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, assist with the implementation of underutilized LMS functionality, and support the development and deployment of curriculum and learning content.
