The HealthRIGHT 360 Training and Apprenticeship program is a temporary, part-time, 5-month, 20-hour per week program focused on training and work readiness. This 'Earn While-You-Learn' initiative offers educational opportunities, practical work experience, and clear pathways to employment. It is designed for former clients, program alumni, individuals with entry-level or below work experience and education, and those seeking support to enter the workforce. The program further develops skills through hands-on experience with clients, facilitating a smooth transition to employment within HealthRIGHT 360. Apprentices will engage in a structured schedule of trainings, client service shadowing, individual and group supervision, participation in multidisciplinary Treatment Team Meetings, and providing support to various client populations across the HealthRIGHT 360 Family of Programs. Additionally, apprentices will receive basic job skills training, including computer literacy. As part of the program, apprentices will develop comprehensive plans for continuing education and employment pathways. There may be opportunities for apprentices to register as interns with CADTP.
