About The Position

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a Trainer to support onboarding and development of Intake Specialists in Chandler, Arizona. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs in collaboration with client leadership to ensure staff are fully prepared to perform in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.

Requirements

• Local to or able to work onsite in Chandler, AZ
• Experience in training, onboarding, or staff development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain processes clearly and effectively in a structured learning environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in human services, public sector, or customer-facing roles preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to develop and deliver onboarding and training programs for Intake Specialists
• Facilitate new hire training sessions, including system navigation, processes, and customer service expectations
• Ensure training content is clear, consistent, and aligned with operational requirements
• Support staff during onboarding by reinforcing best practices and performance expectations
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to Intake Specialists as needed
• Update training materials to reflect process changes and system updates
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance staff readiness and performance
• Promote a positive and engaging learning environment
