About The Position

The Trainer conducts safety and forklift training, continually improves classroom orientation programs, and ensures new Team Member documentation is completed promptly and submitted to the appropriate file. The role also provides annual training for plant employees and on-the-job training for Employees.

Additional duties include assessing whether interpreters are needed in various departments to support clear communication and coordinating interpreter assistance; helping new Team Members acclimate to the facility and complete the qualification process; and performing other duties as assigned. This position is on the second shift at the Tecumseh Plant.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Standard computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Comfort presenting material to large groups.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Professional team members are expected to use approved AI tools responsibly, safeguard sensitive information, follow company policies, and validate AI-generated outputs. Individual Contributors should be able to integrate AI into daily work, improve efficiency through AI-enabled solutions, critically evaluate outputs, and apply professional judgment.
