About The Position

The Trainer conducts safety and forklift training and continually improves classroom orientation programs. The role ensures that all new Team Member documentation is completed promptly and submitted to each Team Member’s file, provides annual training for plant employees, and delivers on-the-job training. The Trainer also assesses interpreter needs in various departments to support clear communication and coordinates interpreter assistance. The role helps new Team Members acclimate to the facility and supports them through the qualification process. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Standard computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Comfort presenting material to large groups.
• Strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge and understanding of the work performed in the area of responsibility.
• Previous training or production experience.

Responsibilities
