About The Position

The Trainer conducts safety and forklift training and continually improves classroom orientation programs. The role ensures that new Team Member documentation is completed promptly and submitted to the appropriate file, provides annual training for plant employees, and delivers on-the-job training. The Trainer also assesses whether interpreters are needed in various departments and coordinates their assistance to support clear communication. The role helps new Team Members acclimate to the facility and complete the qualification process, and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Standard computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Comfort presenting material to large groups.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge and understanding of the work performed in the area of responsibility.
• Previous training or production experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety and forklift training.

• Provide annual training for plant employees and on-the-job training for Employees.
• Assess the need for interpreters in various departments and coordinate interpreter assistance.
• Assist new Team Members in acclimating to the facility and completing the qualification process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
