About The Position

Lead a team of trainers to develop and deliver a variety of training programs to live audiences for law enforcement mission clients. Provide stand-up classroom instruction or virtual instruction based on needs. Design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. Analyze training needs and provide tailored training plans and content for large law enforcement clients.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in a professional work environment
Experience conducting virtual and in-person training to prepare users to accomplish maximum retention and minimize retraining
Ability to develop, establish, document, and conduct IT knowledge enhancement training for all users
Ability to develop content for creating training plans, computer-based training and training materials
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree

Experience with instructor guides, training manuals, reference guides, handouts, and course critique forms
