About The Position

Some roles are measured by completed tasks. The trainer’s role is measured by transformations. Every day, you’ll have the opportunity to train, transform and rethink what no longer serves a purpose, reshape what needs to evolve and even completely overhaul how things are done. But you’re not doing all of these things for you—you’re doing them to serve our members and our clients every day. It is a discreet but powerful role of influence. You don’t seek the spotlight—you shine it on the right people. We believe that a trainer’s impact is measured by the learner’s success, and not by their own performance. If you share that belief, then this position is for you. As a trainer and coach, you support employees with their development by helping them to integrate what they’ve learned into their daily work in the Individual Insurance Division and New Business and Underwriting Administrative Department.
