About The Position

This role involves an extensive 12-week training program to learn new skills and become an expert in operating the company's robot sprayer. The primary responsibility is to inspect the quality of Shaws sinks for damage and operate/maintain robotic spray systems to apply engobe undercoat and glaze paint to clay sinks with precision and consistency. The goal is to ensure every sink meets exacting standards before moving to the kiln department.
