About The Position

The Trailer Utility / Yard Utility Worker is responsible for supporting daily yard operations through the safe operation of forklifts and the movement of trailers and materials within the yard. This role focuses on maintaining efficient workflow, cleanliness, and safety across the yard. Requirements

• Must have an active driver’s license issued by the state
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be willing to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of experience in yard operations or warehouse environments
• Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to safety and detail

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely within the yard
• Shuttle trailers in and out of bays as needed
• Move and position trailers within the yard
• Wash trailers and dollies
• Empty shop metal containers
• Unload supplies and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Communicate with supervisors and yard personnel to support daily operations
