NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes. Novo Health Services in DuBois PA is seeking a dependable Utility Worker to support production operations by cleaning, moving, and servicing carts and assisting the production floor. T his is a full time position working a compressed schedule of four ten h our days per week , with scheduled hours from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Team members will have rotating days off each week. This role requires reliable attendance and flexibility, as overtime may be r equired based on production needs

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast paced production environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance
• Load carts into cart washers and operate washing equipment
• Move carts from washer to drying area
• Dry carts thoroughly, ensuring no waste remains
• Transport clean carts to designated storage areas
• Service production areas with clean carts as needed
• Assist floor utility personnel and truck loaders as required
• Assist with end of shift cleanup
• Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation standards
