About The Position

The Traffic Director assists customers by directing traffic at a school parking facility. The position provides on-the-job training and is suitable for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. The role involves safely directing guests and ride app drivers, managing parking traffic, maintaining safety, providing visitor information, setting up parking flow equipment, and maintaining clean, show-quality standards in garages and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.

Nice To Haves

• One year of similar work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally direct guests and ride app drivers to the correct areas from various positions.
• Manage traffic control and redirect vehicles to park in appropriate areas.
• Maintain safety standards to ensure the safety of the team and guests.
• Provide information, including parking locations, and assist visitors in a cheerful and helpful manner.
• Stand at an assigned location and wave vehicles in the desired direction.
• Keep traffic flowing smoothly and safely according to the site plan.
• Safely assist with setting up parking flow using cones, barricades, and other equipment.
• Clean and maintain show-quality standards in garages and surrounding areas, reporting concerns with supporting details.
