Requirements

2+ years of traffic control estimating experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience estimating traffic control, pavement marking, roadway safety, or highway construction projects preferred.
Experience with estimating software such as Bid2Win is a plus.
Willingness to travel approximately 20%.

Responsibilities

Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents.
Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals.
Coordinate pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
Attend pre-bid meetings and communicate project scope.
Partner with Operations on scheduling, staffing, and project execution.
Track bid results and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, vendors, and industry partners.
