This role involves collecting stock from the warehouse, replenishing items across the store, and ensuring shelves are tidy and well-presented. The Trading Assistant will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and proactively offering help. Building product knowledge to provide recommendations, checking dates on fresh produce and grocery items, and assisting with deliveries are also key aspects of the role. Flexibility to help across the store as needed is required.
