About The Position

This role involves collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish items across the store, ensuring shelves are tidy and well-presented. The Trading Assistant will be responsible for serving customers brilliantly, answering questions, and proactively offering help. A key part of the role is building knowledge about products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations. Additionally, the role includes date checking fresh produce and grocery products, and assisting with deliveries and other store needs as required.
