Immediate placement for an experienced hands-on tradesman in commercial construction to join our team for a long-term position. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building client relationships in the local area. This could be a career for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience as a tradesman in commercial settings
- Reliable
- Dependable
- Self-Starter
- Computer literate
- Own tools
- Must have reliable transportation (Pick-up truck preferably)
- Able to pass a background check

- English / Spanish Bi-Lingual
Responsibilities
- Commercial door, flooring, and Sheetrock installation
- Interior/Exterior Finishes
- Painting
- Concrete work
- Reading plans
- Communicating daily reports and project updates via phone calls
