About The Position
NOW HIRING – Join Our Maintenance Team! We’re looking for a skilled Tradesman with strong plumbing experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can handle a variety of maintenance tasks, and is especially confident with plumbing repairs and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of maintenance experience
Responsibilities
- Remove debris, trash, and abandoned items from units and common areas
- Perform light construction and repairs (basic concrete, framing, demo, steps, screens, etc.)
- Prepare surfaces and complete painting, including patching and finishing
- Perform carpet cleaning, water extraction, and odor treatment; clean upholstery as needed
- Maintain quality workmanship and ensure all work passes inspection
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely job completion
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to maintenance emergencies
- Assist with snow removal and seasonal tasks
- Maintain clean vehicles and equipment; report issues promptly
- Follow all safety guidelines and perform other duties as assigned
