- Proven, hands-on experience as a tradesman in commercial settings
- Reliable

- Computer literate
- Own tools
- Communicative
- Reliable transportation (Pick-up truck preferably)
- Ability to pass a background check

- Flooring installation
- Sheetrock installation
- Interior/Exterior Finishes
- Painting

- Reading plans
