About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Trade Show Specialist to support the planning, execution, and post-event follow-up of key trade shows and industry events. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality event experiences that elevate our brand, engage customers, and support sales and marketing objectives across our portfolio. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, serving as a trusted execution partner to cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid role, working 4 days/week in the Anoka office.

Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience in trade show, events, or experiential marketing roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead multiple events concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of assigned trade shows, managing detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets in partnership with Event Leads.
  • Coordinate internal partners and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Prepare kick-off materials, planning documents, and status updates to keep teams aligned.
  • Develop and distribute pre-show materials, including exhibit guides and planning reports, in collaboration with Product Management.
  • Execute post-show follow-up activities, including lead management, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Register for events and secure booth space and required services.
  • Coordinate all on-site logistics, including booth services, shipping, utilities, internet, cleaning, equipment, and staffing.
  • Manage shipping of exhibits, promotional materials, literature, and supplies.
  • Arrange hotels, transportation, team meals, and customer event access as needed.
  • Order promotional materials, printed collateral, and giveaways.
  • Maintain the trade show calendar and ensure accurate event documentation.
  • Track invoices, submit vendor forms, and handle internal system requests.
  • Update company profiles, product listings, and assets within event platforms.
  • Support continuous improvement by finding opportunities to streamline processes and improve event effectiveness.
