About The Position

Ansell is looking for a Tradeshow & Marketing Senior Specialist to join their team in Alpharetta, GA. In this position, the individual will play a vital role in driving business growth by supporting impactful customer events and sales initiatives. This role involves managing trade shows and bespoke customer experiences, creating tailored sales collateral, and overseeing the events agency. It offers the opportunity to collaborate across marketing and sales teams while bringing the brand to life in engaging and meaningful ways.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or commensurate experience
  • 2+ years of Marketing or Customer/Channel/Trade Marketing experience
  • Experience in B2B marketing of products within an agency and/or corporate environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and Salesforce.com
  • Ability to travel: Sales & Marketing meetings/trade shows (15%-25%)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and execution of major trade shows across key business segments in close partnership with marketing and sales teams
  • Manage event budgets, logistics, and content sharing platforms to maximize visibility and engagement
  • Identify and recommend new event opportunities that drive brand presence and customer impact
  • Support sales with tailored content, collateral, and premiums beyond tactical marketing plans
  • Ensure all digital and print materials align with brand standards and messaging, collaborating across marketing and product teams
  • Develop and optimize content for web, email, and customer channels in partnership with the GPMO
  • Oversee creation and distribution of sales tools including premiums, printed materials, and glove rolls
