This role involves managing routine, preventative, and predictive maintenance across various trades shops (Plumbing, Maintenance, Paint, and Lock), collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and university requirements. The position also includes administrative and fiscal management, such as budget development and monitoring, procurement, and personnel management. The goal is to enhance utility system performance, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain a safe and professional work environment.
