About The Position

Nebius is seeking a detail-oriented Tradeshow & Events Coordinator to manage the planning and execution of their presence at industry conferences, tradeshows, and corporate events. This role involves overseeing all logistics from booth procurement to post-show lead follow-up, with the goal of ensuring each event delivers measurable ROI. The position is remote within the United States.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination or field marketing
  • Strong project management skills; experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking preferred

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage end-to-end tradeshow and event logistics (booth design, shipping, setup, staffing)
  • Maintain the annual events calendar and manage budgets across 10–20 events per year
  • Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee pre-show promotions and post-show lead handoff to the sales team
  • Track event performance metrics and report on pipeline impact
  • Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and event organizers
