Brunswick Boat Group is seeking a temporary associate responsible for trade compliance and logistics duties. This role involves managing shipments to Portugal and Poland, conducting denied party screening, processing US Custom entry records, and handling import/export documentation for various processes including the Navan part imports and Reynosa items. The associate will also be involved in duty drawback and reporting, auditing freight costs, and managing Section 122 drawback documentation. The position requires assisting in the development of import/export compliance policies and procedures, conducting training and audits, and ensuring compliance is documented throughout the supply chain. The role involves providing guidance on trade compliance and operations, following transborder compliance procedures with an emphasis on process improvement, and acting as a liaison between BBG Brands and governmental agencies. Additionally, the associate will perform internal compliance audits, resolve issues, and assign product descriptions for import/export classification. The role also includes coordinating compliance training, assisting with daily trade compliance activities like ISF, DPS, FTA coordination, creating export documentation, developing metrics, and understanding Lacey Act requirements. Special projects and duties as assigned.
