About The Position

WOONGJIN INC. is seeking a Trade & Logistics Associate to support the resident representative in its Atlanta office across trading and logistics operations. The associate will assist with day-to-day business execution and serve as a key point of contact for coordination and reporting with headquarters in Korea.

Requirements

• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in trading, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Fluent Korean speaking and writing skills for headquarters reporting and communication.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Prior experience working with Korean headquarters or affiliate companies.
• Background in international trade documentation, such as L/C, B/L, or customs.

Responsibilities

• Support trading operations, including order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination.
• Manage logistics tasks, including import/export processing, customs documentation, and inventory and delivery tracking.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to headquarters in Korea in Korean.
• Collaborate with headquarters departments and local partners and vendors to support smooth business operations.
• Provide general operational support to the resident representative as needed.
