About The Position

We are seeking a highly polished, service-oriented VIP / Executive Support Analyst to provide white‑glove technical support to senior executives and business-critical users at PIMCO’s New York City location. This role is primarily based on the trade floor and requires exceptional communication skills, technical versatility, and the ability to perform calmly under pressure in a fast-paced, high‑expectation environment. The ideal candidate has strong executive support experience, thrives in high-visibility settings, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding client experience.

  • Strong software support expertise, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Exchange, Excel)
  • Solid understanding of Excel functionality and troubleshooting
  • Ability to support a wide variety of devices and operating systems, including unfamiliar environments
  • Strong independent research skills; able to identify solutions without visibly searching online in front of end users
  • Mindset of “Let me find out and get back to you” rather than “I don’t know”
  • Primary issues typically involve Office applications, Zoom, mobile devices (iPhone/iOS), and user settings
  • Must consistently deliver high-quality service while meeting VIP-level expectations
  • Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively in a fast-moving executive environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting market data and trading-related applications is highly preferred, including: Bloomberg, FactSet, MarketAxess, TradeWeb

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized, white‑glove technical support to executives and VIP users, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders by proactively meeting and exceeding their technology support needs
  • Respond to technical inquiries via email, chat, phone, and in-person support
  • Walk executives step‑by‑step through troubleshooting and problem resolution in a calm, professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and support hardware, software, and conferencing solutions, including desktop, mobile, and collaboration tools
  • Provide hands-on support for conference room and executive meeting setups
  • Follow up with executives to ensure issues are fully resolved and service expectations are met
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support interactions, issues, and resolutions to contribute to a strong internal knowledge base
  • Communicate trends, recurring issues, and user feedback to appropriate internal teams and management
  • Operate confidently in a trade floor environment, supporting time-sensitive and business-critical technology needs
