The Trade Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting the execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives across the business. This position is responsible for coordinating and communicating monthly business priorities, supporting incentive and sampling programs, managing POS logistics, and assisting with large-scale events and sponsorship activations. The role also provides hands-on support for sales team meeting coordination, including organization, scheduling, materials preparation, catering and ordering logistics, and group travel arrangements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
