This role partners with cross-functional teams on annual business planning and performance management for national and regional retail chains for multiple suppliers. The Trade Development Specialist serves as the supplier brand conduit in building commercial programming and pricing strategies in partnership with RGM, identifying key market risks and opportunities to accelerate brand performance. This role stewards retail business forecasting with the RGM Forecasting Manager and Account Team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy, product availability, and elite OTIF scores. The specialist will coordinate with suppliers on sales tools (point of sale), including order processes, warehouse routing, communication, and distribution to retail accounts. Additionally, they will deploy and track key performance indicators across display, distribution, revenue, margin, and share across all California sales teams. Other projects or duties as assigned.
