About The Position

We are seeking a licensed Financial Services Representative to join a growing Trade Desk team supporting clients with account servicing, trading activities, and money movement requests. As a key member of the service team, you will assist clients and financial professionals with trading transactions, account inquiries, and various investment-related requests. This is a highly visible position that combines customer support, financial operations, and relationship management.

Requirements

Active FINRA Series 7 License (Must have series 7)
FINRA Series 63 & 65 or Series 66 License (Must have 63 & 65 OR just 66)
Customer service experience in a financial services environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a client-focused, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

Call center experience
Trade desk or brokerage operations experience
Experience supporting investment accounts, trading, or money movement requests
Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or investment operations

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from clients and financial professionals regarding investment accounts and trading activity.
Assist with trade execution, mutual fund transactions, and money movement requests.
Provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with financial industry regulations.
Research and resolve account-related questions and service issues.
Collaborate with internal teams and field representatives to support client needs.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions.
Participate in special projects and team initiatives as needed.
