About The Position

We are seeking a client-focused Trade Desk Associate / Mutual Fund Trader to support a high-volume, inbound call center environment. This role is 100% service-oriented, partnering directly with financial advisors, field offices, and clients to execute trades, process money movement requests, and provide account support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced financial services environment and delivers exceptional customer experiences while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Average 30 calls per day.

Requirements

• Active Licenses FINRA Series 7 & 63 or 66
• Customer service experience
• Call center experience
• Financial services experience preferred
• Financial services background

Responsibilities

• Execute trades
• Process money movement requests
• Provide account support
