About The Position

The Trade Customization Sr Analyst is responsible for end-to-end execution, optimization, and performance management of promotional, club pack, and trade customization activities across assigned brands or portfolios. This role operates with a high degree of independence, serving as a primary point of contact for cross-functional partners and external packaging vendors. The TC Sr Analyst proactively identifies risks, drives solutions, and influences outcomes to ensure service, cost, and inventory objectives are met.

Requirements

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Trade Customization, or related planning roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office; strong Excel capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the Promotional, Club Pack, and Trade Customization SKU performance (UFR, inventory, service, and cost) for assigned portfolios; leads root cause analysis and corrective actions for availability or execution gaps.
  • Leads cross-functional planning and execution of approved TC projects, coordinating with Finance, Marketing, Trade Promotions, Master Data, and third-party packaging sites to deliver TC programs on time and in full.
  • Develops and maintains reporting and performance indicators to monitor execution effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Owns post-promotion inventory disposition and controls within the DC network.
  • Partners with Supply and Demand Planning from project inception through post-event review to validate volume feasibility, manage trade-offs, and close gaps.
  • Ensures Trade Promotions and Sales teams receive accurate, timely information required for promotion communication, quantity confirmation, and allocations.
  • Actively contributes to IBP and forecasting processes by providing insights on customer demand, allocations, and execution constraints.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives across trade customization processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Serves as SAP planning subject-matter expert for the portfolio, executing and validating production orders, purchase orders, and non-stock POs (Ariba), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Places and manages vendor orders, validates costs against approved quotes, and resolves invoice discrepancies with minimal escalation.
