Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 4-6+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related project management and planning roles.
  • Ability to work and effectively manage priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the Promotional, Club Pack, and Trade Customization SKU performance (UFR, inventory, service, and cost) for assigned portfolios; leads root cause analysis and corrective actions for availability or execution gaps.
  • Owns overall service, inventory, and execution performance across the portfolio; ensures risks and issues are proactively surfaced, escalated, and resolved.
  • Serves as escalation point for complex or high-risk promotional, customized SKUs, and club pack activities; leads cross-functional problem-solving, process improvements, and decision-making.
  • Accountable for post-promotion inventory strategy, including risk mitigation, disposition planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Partners with Supply and Demand Planning leadership to shape feasibility, scenario trade-offs, and portfolio-level balancing decisions.
  • Ensures consistent, compliant, and effective use of SAP and related systems across the team; defines best practices and drives standardization.
  • Provides strategic input into IBP, forecasting, and commercialization planning through consolidated insights and execution learnings.
  • Represents Trade Customization in cross-functional forums and serves as a key connector between execution teams.
