Requirements

Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Basic knowledge of ERP system
Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new software
Ability to use discretion and sound judgement to make decisions
Strong organizational skills including strict attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to multi-task
Ability to work effectively in a variety of situations and to various audiences
Proven oral and written communication skills including the ability to customize communication to fit audiences and effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Proven success demonstrating a customer service mind-set
Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with other departments
Ability to adjust schedules as priorities and tasks change

Responsibilities

Prepare documentation and collect data for Duty Drawback
Work with customer service team members to audit trade compliance records
Assist with day-to-day functions of the Trade Compliance Team
Assist Logistics and Customer Services in maintaining an effective Customs Compliance program
Resolve issues with shipments in transit
Draft professional internal communications
Consistently model the Company Values and Expected Behaviors
Other duties as assigned
