The Trade Channel Coordinator will support the Trade Channel Manager in executing various initiatives, including display and point-of-purchase (POP) programs, promotional activities, product launches, and retail staff training. This role involves coordinating with customers, managing sales-related software (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Rangeme, Corporate Gift), and preparing sales reports and presentations. The position also assists with domestic mailings, customer visit agendas, and IT coordination for new team members. Additionally, the coordinator will track sales for specific dealers, process claims, facilitate sales programs, and support the domestic sales team with various administrative and logistical tasks. Travel for sales calls and trade shows within the United States is also a component of this role.
