About The Position

Fleet Repair Solutions, a leader in medium-to heavy-duty fleet service, is looking for skilled Tractor Trailer Refrigeration Technicians with trailer repair experience in Atlanta, GA. This role involves diagnosing and repairing tractor-trailer refrigeration units, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical systems, and conducting routine telematics repairs and inspections. Technicians will accurately track and document repairs using a computer system and perform inspections and repairs from a service truck using powered industrial equipment. Requirements

Strong experience in trailer and transport refrigeration (reefer) repair
608 Certification required
Basic tractor repair skills (advanced tractor work not required)
Ability to perform trailer repairs and DOT inspections
Ability to read and complex schematics and diagrams
Skilled at diagnosing and repairing units using alarm codes
A clean driving record
Ability to support service areas including Fredericksburg, Richmond, and Ashland; ideal candidates live within one hour south of Fredericksburg
Comfortable working from a fully equipped hybrid service truck designed for trailer and reefer repairs

Nice To Haves

609 certification strongly preferred
Welding experience with steel and aluminum is a plus
CDL preferred, but not required
