About The Position

The Tractor Operator for PowerWorks (PWI) is responsible for maintaining all grounds-related functions for the assigned locations. The work is performed using motorized and hand-powered equipment. All responsibilities are completed by exercising safe usage practices of all equipment under the direction of the leaders. The Tractor Operator must maintain grounds to contract standards and expectations.

Requirements

• Ability to use landscaping equipment such as line trimmers, backpack blowers, and zero-turn mowers
• 6 months of experience

Responsibilities

• Drives a tractor for grounds maintenance, uses appropriate landscaping equipment, and ensures all assigned tasks are completed according to contract and company specifications
• Cleans and performs minor preventive maintenance on the tractor and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to organization and contract policies and procedures
• Promote high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a high-quality level of service
• Work weekends during cutting season
