Missions/Main Duties · Provide administrative support and coordination to the Project Manager ensuring smooth execution of project activities · Assist in the Development and Implementation phases collaborating with Managers and project teams to achieve project objectives · Coordinate the pre-construction processes by reviewing plans and associated documents, ensuring effective project coordination within the overall network · Support the implementation of project standards and manage critical paths/milestones, providing regular project status updates to the Director · Proactively address conflicts to facilitate timely resolution, track issues, and contribute to the investigation of potential project disruptions, implementing corrective measures as necessary · Entering TLC work event items into NAPT (Network Access Planning Tool) at various timescales, nominally T-8 and T-35 weeks out. · Attending and representing TLC work events at various RCAC meetings: ICAMs, T-7 to T-4 deconfliction calls · Updating the TLC P6 schedule section for 'Track Access Planning' including update on milestone activities in the 4 week period that were due for Track Access including schedule narrative on any missed milestones or changes to the schedule activities. · Support with the 2028 EAS (Engineering Access Statement) submission for TLC including entering work items into Vault software ahead of the end of May 2026 deadline, including assisting with the creation of supplementary memo's supporting the Vault entries.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Possess a degree in applied science, engineering, management or a related discipline, or a combination of education, training, and equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and project teams
  • Familiarity with railway corridor infrastructure and related construction projects

Nice To Haves

  • Preference will be given to those with project coordination experience, preferably in the design, construction, or assurance of heavy passenger rail transit systems or related works
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is desirable
