Trach and Vent Registered Nurse (RN) Home Care
About The Position
BAYADA is seeking compassionate and experienced RNs to provide high-quality, 1:1 nursing care to clients throughout Middlesex County, NJ. This is a great opportunity to provide meaningful 1:1 care in the comfort of a client’s home while helping clients remain safely at home with their family. Our Middlesex County, New Jersey Offices are interested in a Registered Nurse who has a passion for nursing to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Private duty nursing involves traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s) and hands-on care with only one client per day, allowing for building client relationships and watching their milestones. Client age ranges from infant to geriatric. Your day will involve traveling to one client home near you on a schedule you choose, following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders, performing assessments and monitoring clients' conditions, documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations, and feeling empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
