Reporting to the Social Assistance & Support Administrator, this position directly supervises, mentors, supports and coordinates the activities of the Tr’ëhudè crew comprised of citizens entering the workforce under TH Mentorship Program initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the Tr’ëhudè Crew including planning and organizing tasks assigned by various TH Departments, supervising crew members, identifying opportunities for personal and professional skills development, implementing learning and training plans assisting crew members with tasks through mentorship and coaching. An eligibility list may be established from this competition – the duration of the eligibility list may be up to 12 months. The eligibility list may be used to fill future permanent full-time, permanent part-time, temporary full-time, temporary part-time, term, or auxiliary on-call vacancies within the same department and classification based on the organizational needs by going the next highest ranked candidate until the eligibility list expires.
