Experienced TPN RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to a 12-year-old pediatric patient in the Jacksonville area (32207). The patient enjoys interacting with his nurses. This role focuses on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home according to the active plan of care. Responsibilities include ongoing patient care and assessments, administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, coordination of care, and educating family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes and prevent issues.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- TPN experience
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
