About The Position

The TPM Engineer plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and maximizing equipment effectiveness within our manufacturing facility. This individual is responsible for leading the implementation, sustainment, and continuous improvement of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and practices across all production lines. The TPM Engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to eliminate losses, improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), reduce downtime, and foster a culture of ownership and proactive maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic) and 3+ years technical experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced with the application of current Human Machine Interface (HMI) Programs.
  • Knowledge of TPM principles and tools.
  • Good organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level of teamwork and self-initiative.
  • Ability to teach and work with all levels of the organization.
  • Effective root cause analysis and problem identification / solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for MAE maintenance structure, updating and lead its implementation and confirmation.
  • Responsible for MAE spare parts structure updating.
  • Estimate equipment situation, identify potential equipment risk, utilize plan downtime to eliminate the risk intime.
  • Leading the key malfunction analysis and troubleshooting guiding maintenance technician (7D per week, 24HDay consulting available for critical online trouble shooting).
  • Create and maintain the technical communication with MAE supplier lead plant maintenance and service supplier.
  • Maintenance cost reduction and technical loss reduction by MTTR and MTBF.
  • Monitors operations and act as required to maintain proper functionality quality in MAE.
  • Continuous improvement project for cost, competence, quality, delivery, utilization, OEE and safety of manufacturing processes to meet key metrics within the workshop.
  • Continuous and efficient training to the maintenance technicians/Optechs and Operator in the shopfloor.
  • Efficient root cause detection and develop sustainable preventive actions for recurring/big downtime events.
  • Spare part planning and management, localize equipment spare parts actively and decrease maintenance cost.
  • Training our engineer \ technician & new employee, share experience with the other colleague, improve technical level of the whole team.
