About The Position

As the Maintenance TPM Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the product interface with product development, contributing to the engineering change management process, supporting continuous improvement and production, and participating in the manufacturing engineering network. You will also design, implement, and monitor the production processes, ensuring the feasibility, productivity, and quality of the products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in production or mechanical engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry
  • Technically skilled on product and process design, such as FMEA, TAKT time, and ergonomics
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • International mindset, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • English required

  • Other languages are a plus
