About The Position

As a Vehicle Sales Specialist at Toyota, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle while building lasting relationships. You’ll guide buyers through the process from introduction to delivery and work to provide an exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on personalized service, product knowledge, and helping create customers for life. Automotive experience is a plus but is not required; the employer welcomes candidates from a range of sales and customer-facing backgrounds.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new products and technology.
• Available to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet the employer’s insurance standards.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment drug screening and a motor vehicle record check.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience is a plus but is not required.
• Experience in phone or inside sales, retail or customer service, real estate, business or financial consulting, or event planning.
